Our event design will be completely customized, reflecting the personality of each client. Our team will tie in all the details for you from start to finish, and most importantly, orchestrate the event to be as seamless as it is stunning! This service is perfect for themed parties!
Before Your Party
Our mission is to make your vision come to life while orchestrating your event to be as seamless as it will be stunning! We believe that the more you celebrate life, the more there will be in life to celebrate. After the theme for your event has been selected, we will begin designing from start to finish. Here's what we will cover with our clients for an experience of a lifetime:
- Venue walkthrough with you to go over design ideas & plans
- Consultation to pick out décor items you want to use
(Table numbers, candles, welcome signs, charger plates, seating chart, chair covers, linens, glass votives, centerpieces and more!) - Day of design coordinators arrive at the venue for setup of décor items chosen.
- 1 coordinator arrives at the end of the night to pick up all décor rental items
Invitations & Stationary
We will tie in the actual invitation to the stationary used on the day of. We can assist in preparation of menus, signage, backdrops and much more than you can imagine!
Cake and Dessert Designs
Both the cake and desserts will be thought out carefully, as this will be the highlight space during the event. The dessert table décor will be customized for each event differently whether we incorporate props, or beautifully done floral arrangements.
Favors
Distinctive ideas will be given for party favors to ensure that each and every one of your guests leaves with a unique token of your appreciation. Special touches will be added by Our team to customize favors specially for you and your taste.
Rentals for Decor
We always love a good set of rental items! Each event will require some sort of additional pieces, whether it is chargers, chairs, or table linens. Our team will make sure each piece is the perfect addition to your event.
Entertainment
This will be the key to a fun-filled event. Our team will provide you with several options in every category, from DJs to musicians, and everything in between. When it comes to entertaining your guests, we've got you covered. The entertainment is sure to be a hit at any of our events.
On Your Party Day
Our team will be the first one on site on the day of the celebration, and the last one to leave. Organization is key when it comes to event planning. Keeping every detail in mind, we will make sure to provide a timeline for the day of along with management of vendor set-up! We will also be present to oversee all the vendor load-ins to ensure that your celebration will exceed your expectations!
